My baby is 2 months already!

At first I couldn't believe I had 3 kids. Now I cannot imagine life without this doll. She's so sweet and so cuddly. I just love her!

Oh to be Kaylin...

She's cute, right? I mean, she's got the pale skin, the blue eyes, the dark hair, the sweet voice, the ability to sing at the top of her lungs in a Dr's waiting room and Target, she says please and excuse me, she calls pizza "sepa", she calls herself Kay Kay da Kakers, she needs her owies kissed, and she takes great pleasure in defying her mommy. So, again, she's cute, right?

She gets into my stuff whenever she pleases. She covers herself in my expensive lotions and soaps from hair to toe. She draws all over herself with my lip liners, as she has done here...

She pouts and throws fits when things don't go her way. And she loves her "weg warmers"....

And she eats her great, great uncle's medications because she is convinced they are Skittles....

Tuesday we visited my great aunt and uncle. Uncle Leo is my grandma's brother. I love him so. He and my aunt have always been like grandparents to me. Tuesday my aunt told me that my uncle has been given 6 months to live. He's 94, he has cancer, and nothing can be done. He is 94 after all. While talking to my aunt, my darling Kaylin was ratted out by her big brother. Konner told me that Kaylin was eating uncle Leo's medicine.
Me - Kaylin, did you eat Uncle Leo's pills?
Kaylin - Yep
Me - Did you swallow the pills?
Kaylin - Yep

I followed her down the hall so she could show me what she had done and there were pills all over the floor. Smooshed, chopped, and whole pills. There was even a pool of saliva with 6 pills that she had spit out.

Me - Kaylin, what have you done?????
Kaylin - My eat em!
I freaked out and called my brother-in-law, who told me to call Poison Control, who told me to take her to ER. I took her to ER, which incidentally happened to be the hospital my brother-in-law works at. He got her back immediately, he laughed at me a bit, because well clearly I have the worst luck there is with children and hospitals! And they gave her Charcoal to drink. While waiting her blood pressure dropped a little and her heart rate went up a little but nothing too scary. They just put an IV in her until her blood pressure and heart rate went back to normal. They released her after 6 hours and she is all good. She saw her DR the next day and got a clean bill of health. And now she is her normal darling little self again.

She's back to defying me while grinning. She's back to tormenting her brother every chance she gets. She's back to those pouts and tantrums. So, yah, she's down right adorable!!

Kylie's blessing

Kylie was blessed today, and she was such a little doll. She was absolutely perfect through her whole blessing and even through all of sacrament.

After the blessing everyone came back to our house. Our small house was full! My mom, my sister, her kids and 2 of my other sister's kids all came down for the weekend. Those who live here just came on over afterwards. We ate, we laughed and we played. Kylie slept.

My nieces and twin cousins. I just love these girls. They are too cute.

Trying to get a family picture can be so difficult. Trying to get a posed picture at all of these 2 is difficult. I love this picture because it shows what life is always like in this Rigby home! My arms are full and I am trying to hang on to my darling Konner and Kaylin while they are trying to take off in any and all directions!

Almost 7 weeks!

I can't believe my little Lee Lees is almost 7 weeks. 2 more days. She's starting to stay awake more now. She likes her brother and sister, especially her brother. And they definitely like her.
She still gets colic regularly but when she isn't sick she's a little cuddle bug.

Konner is very helpful. When she cries he will sit with her and hold a pacifier in her mouth. It's the sweetest thing!
Kay wants to play with her and anything that belongs to her.
I have to admit that I have been exhausted and stressed to my max. But I sure do love these little people!

Konner

Konner: Why do we need sroats (throats), mom?
Me: We need them so we can swallow and breathe.
Konner: Why do we need brains, mom?
Me: Your brain tells your mouth what to say, and your legs to move so you can walk, and your hands and fingers to move so you can pick stuff up.
Konner; My brains hurt, mom.
Me: Why?
Konner: Cuz they has too much to do.

Some things are just too hard to resist!

Kaylin just cannot resist certain things, such as my lotion, or my body sprays, or my make up, or my linen spray. The problem is, is she covers herself in these things from head to toe, including her hair. Every day she climbs to get to any of these things. She just can't resist I guess. My little tomboy is turning into a girl. Yay!!

So sweet...

I love it when my kids are sweet to each other....
